How it works |
Trikke cambering vehicles utilize a basic physical property known as Conservation of Angular Momentum to allow a rider to generate forward movement. While traveling on a slalom-like path, a rider moves his center of gravity, for example, from to left while leaning the vehicle into a left turn. The energy generated by the combination of weight transfer and leaning the vehicle translates into forward momentum. |

How to Ride |
n the simplest of terms, you rock & roll to make a cambering vehicle go. An experienced rider uses the entire body in a gracefully coordinated technique that combines timing, balance, skill and strength to propel the vehicle down a slalom-like path. It’s as close to skiing on pavement as you will ever get but without the days of learning curve agony. A trikke ride combines the utility of human powered transportation with the thrill of carving deep surf and ski style turns. Like in other carving sports, everyone develops their own unique, individual riding style. Each ride becomes a personal expression session. |
